About the Role
Work Africa is seeking a dynamic and energetic Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our East London dealership. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, motivating the sales team, and ensuring optimal stock levels of cars. Our ideal candidate will have experience within the automotive industry and staff management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales growth strategy for new and used vehicles
- Motivate and Lead Sales team to achieve sales targets
- Motivate and Lead Sales team to achieve OEM Retail and Wholesale targets
- Daily activity management
- Daily/weekly calling on customers to build solid relationships
- Maintain strong relationship between Business Manager and Sales team
- Manage OEM Scorecard
- Manage the Monthly reports that are required from OEM
- Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures
- Manage assets to benchmark levels
- Manage vehicle debtors to benchmark
- Maintain high levels of CSI in sales
Requirements
- Matric (not negotiable)
- Code 08 Drivers License (not negotiable)
- Further qualification in Sales advantageous
- Experience within the Automotive Industry preferred
- Staff Management experience
