About the Role

As an External Sales Representative with Fusion Personnel, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients across the East Rand region. You will work closely with our management team to identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities
  • Conduct cold calling and follow up on prospective clients
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to new and existing customers
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Conduct needs analysis and provide suitable solutions to clients
  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and outcomes
  • Prepare and submit sales offers and reports
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and product knowledge
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license (if client visits are required)
