Job Description

1. Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed and adhered to. 2. Workplace needs to be neat and tidy before, during and after work process. 3. Assisting in the operation of the laser and offloading of brackets after laser cutting. 4. Ensure that all parts are offloaded and ensure that no parts are mixed. 5. Ensure that all parts are identified. 6. Products needs to be taken to the various destinations using a trolley. 7. Product will require grinding at certain time which has to be done in a controlled manner. 8. Assist with the weekly maintenance of the lasers. 9. Product is then to be QC checked in accordance with Quality standards set out. 10. Ensure the correct use of tools and consumables.Minimise wastages, rejects and scrap 11. Effective time management when conducting duties. 12. Rotation of duties will be required between laser cutting/press bending/grinding and sorting of brackets Skills required for this position 1. Bracket fabrication experience is required. 2. Identify, inspect, use, maintain and care for hand tools. 3. Good Housekeeping Skills. Knowledge: 1. Product and Process Knowledge of brackets. 2. ISO Procedures 3. H&S Procedures
