This award winning 5 star BOUTIQUE HOTEL in the Franschhoek Winelands offers the ultimate private retreat for INTERNATIONAL TRAVELLERS. ProStaffSelect are in search of a bubbly, charismatic, charming and elegant FRONT OFFICE LIAISON OFFICER & RECEPTIONIST for this highly sophisticated, upmarket and luxury 5* boutique hotel. This hotel has won several international awards not only for their amazing service standards and signature cuisine, but for its many awesome works of art, sculptures and fine pieces that make up the incredible atmosphere and decor of this ultra sophisticated one-of-a-kind luxury. THIS IS A “FIRST POINT OF CONTACT” POSITION so applicants need to very very PRESENTABLE, WELL SPOKEN and COMFORTABLE DEALING WITH high profile GUESTS! REQUIREMENTS: Candidates MUST HAVE 3 to 5 years previous 5* HOTEL EXPERIENCE as a Receptionist, Concierge, Front Desk Agent or Liaison Officer Hotel Management, Front Office or Guest Relations Formal Tertiary Qualifications Strong admin, organizational, financial and planning abilities needed. HIGHLY proficient in Excel, Word as well as OPERA Property Mgt Software. Fully proficient in booking and reservations systems. Must be willing to work evening and late shifts to manage the hotel when the Resident Mgr is off-duty. Highly presentable and outgoing personality with mature / worldly views – well traveled!
