About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our luxury wine estate hotel in Franschhoek. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing overnight hotel operations independently, utilizing strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily sales reports and ensure accurate financial records
- Process guest checks-in and check-outs, handle room assignments and billing
- Manage cash handling and credit card transactions accurately
- Perform nightly audits of rooms, amenities, and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in hotel management systems
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in a hospitality environment
- Previous Night Auditor or Front Office experience advantageous
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Computer literate with experience on hotel management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remain alert during night shifts
