Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing all kitchen operations.

• Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high standards are maintained.

• Prepare and cook dishes to the restaurants established quality and presentation standards.

• Support menu planning and contribute to creative dish development.

• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Assist in maintaining smooth workflow and coordination between kitchen and service staff.
