About the Role
MSP Staffing LTD is seeking an experienced Production Manager to manage their mining team in the Free State. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational mining and management, with a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the mining team
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Develop and implement production plans to meet business objectives
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize mine performance
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Mining Engineering
- Mine Managers Certificate of Competency
- At least 10 years of operational mining experience
- At least 5 years underground mechanised experience
- At least 5 years within a management role
Qualifications
- Formal education in Mining Engineering (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
