A reputable and growth-oriented organisation is seeking to appoint a motivated and hands-on Assistant Financial Manager to support its finance function at its East Rand operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee key financial activities, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide support with budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and cash flow planning
- Assist with statutory compliance, audits, and the upkeep of internal control frameworks
- Prepare and present financial insights to enhance operational performance and strategic outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives within the finance department
Job Experience & Qualifications:
- BCom degree (non-negotiable)
- SAICA / SAIPA / CIMA qualifications will be advantageous
- 3–5 years of relevant financial experience
- Experience within the Manufacturing or Retail sectors will be evidence of a strong fit
- Strong analytical skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
