- To share ideas and insights with the team in pursuit of continuously improving the effectiveness of the sales team
- Identify upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs and profiles
- Promote and sell value-added products to existing and prospective customers
- Deliver a high standard of customer service in every interaction
- Apply effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed targets
- Handle objections confidently and close sales professionally
- Ensure accurate capturing of customer information and sales details
- Maintain product knowledge to confidently position solutions
- Adhere to compliance and quality assurance standards
- Meet defined KPIs including conversion rates, call quality, and productivity

Minimum Qualification:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Bachelor’s degree (not essential but preferred)
Requirements:
- 1 year Inbound/Outbound call centre sales experience
- 1 year VAPS experience (beneficial)
- Fluency in English is essential plus one other official language
