About the Role
The Soft Services Manager is responsible for managing service contracts, ensuring performance standards are met, and overseeing operational services across all soft services. This role ensures efficient and effective service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. It also focuses on service performance against contracts and vendor management, working closely with internal teams such as Facilities Management to align with operational and contractual objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure service providers meet performance standards outlined in SLAs.
- Oversee contract compliance and adherence to service-level obligations.
- Manage contract renewals, modifications, and amendments.
- Optimize service delivery and drive continual improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Energy & Utilities and Procurement, to manage service interactions efficiently.
- Implement strategies to enhance vendor relationships and performance.
