Contracts Line Manager: Gauteng.Salary: (20k to 35k depending on experience). We are seeking a Skilled Contracts Line Manager (preferably Male, Age 40 upwards).To manage the Contracts department and all Construction Projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on experience in the HVAC, Ventilation, Air-conditioning, Glass & Aluminium and Roofing Industries.- Plan, organize, and control construction projects- Supervise subcontractors and staff on-site- Conduct quality inspections and enforce safety standards- Liaise with contractors and managers to ensure smooth coordination- Prepare and manage work schedules for staff- Maintain detailed records of site activities- Organize equipment and manpower to meet project deadlinesRequired Experience- Proven track record in the HVAC industry- Extensive experience in Ventilation, Air-conditioning, and Roofing- Previous role as a Site Supervisor (essential) Qualifications & Skills:- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipmentNB!!! send detailed cv in Word format, provide the actual time frames worked at the companies, stipulate salary at current and previous company worked at, reasons for leaving, notice period at current company and also a facial pic to put on your cv as per Clients request.
