About the Role

Takora Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Contracts Managers to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our infrastructure development projects, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical staff to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical staff to achieve project objectives
• Develop and implement contracts management strategies to minimize risks and maximize benefits
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate contracts and agreements
• Oversee contract administration, including drafting and reviewing contracts

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree or Bachelor of Technology Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Civil Engineer, Technologist, or Technician
• OR
• Registered with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager or Professional Construction Manager
• At least 10 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects (Roads, Stormwater, Bulk pipelines, Water and Sewer Reticulation, Concrete Work)
• Ability to lead and manage technical staff
