Job Description

Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We’re seeking a highly organised and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Innovation Officer. You’ll manage his client engagements, schedule, and communications, ensuring exceptional service and seamless operations. – Manage CIO’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings – Coordinate client engagements, including communication and follow-up – Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations – Provide administrative support, including data entry and filing – Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members – Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Requirements: – Degree in Business Administration or related field – 3-5 years’ experience as an executive assistant or similar role – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong organisational and time-management skills – Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite – Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer: – Competitive salary – Opportunities for growth and development – Collaborative and dynamic work environment If you’re a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, send your CV and cover letter to
