About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Export Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily export operations within our warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring productivity, service delivery, and compliance standards are consistently met, while achieving required volumes within agreed timelines. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining operational accuracy, managing risk, and leading a small team to deliver against clearly defined performance targets. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Resolve escalated internal and external customer queries efficiently Ensure feedback and resolution is provided within 24 hours Export Administration Ensure all export orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched in line with country-specific SLA requirements Maintain compliant and accurate export documentation Manage and reconcile bond store registers and physical inventory Perform weekly reconciliation of Bill of Entry (BoE) reports with clearing agents Risk & Inventory Control Minimise stock loss through effective controls Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy Housekeeping & Compliance Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment Ensure full compliance with OHASA standards and regulations Supervision & People Management Supervise and support warehouse staff to ensure high performance and accountability Ensure all team members are trained and competent in their roles Manage overtime in line with budget and operational requirements Conduct performance reviews and drive continuous improvement Requirements Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 5 years experience in export administration At least 2 years supervisory experience within a warehouse environment Strong understanding of export processes, documentation, and compliance requirements Experience working with clearing agents and bonded warehouse processes Key Competencies Strong problem-solving ability High attention to detail and accuracy Effective people management and leadership skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment Why Join Us?
