The Opportunity
A well-established industrial / manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join its executive leadership team. This is a critical role responsible for full financial oversight, strategic direction, and executive-level decision support. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring strong financial governance while driving performance across production and operational environments.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Full financial leadership of the business, including strategy, reporting, and governance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
• Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness
• Partner with executive leadership on commercial and operational decisions
• Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring high performance and accountability
• Provide strategic insight to support growth, efficiency, and profitability

 
What You Bring

• CA(SA) qualification (essential)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience (not less than 4 years at senior / executive level)
• Proven experience in an Executive Finance Director / FD role
• Strong background in industrial, manufacturing, or production environments
• Strategic mindset with hands-on financial leadership capability
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at board and exec level
