Gauteng: Financial Administrator posted by Network Finance

• Process invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, and supplier statements
• Perform bank, supplier, and account reconciliations
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Capture financial transactions accurately into the accounting system
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting
• Monitor expense claims, petty cash, and company credit card usage
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding financial queries
• Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation and filing
• Support the Financial Manager with administrative and ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Financial Administrator or similar role
• Experience in the paper, packaging, manufacturing, or wholesale sector (advantageous)
• Certificate or diploma in Accounting/Finance
• Strong proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent Excel and numerical skills
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
