We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Front Office Team Leader to join our team at our hotel in Pretoria. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to provide exceptional guest experiences. Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and other front desk duties as required. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction. Support the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental goals and KPIs. Requirements: Proven experience in a front office or similar role within the hospitality industry. Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is essential. Proficiency in hotel management systems and front desk operations. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills. A guest-centric mindset with the ability to manage a team effectively. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12 qualification. A relevant hospitality qualification will be an advantage. 2 years of front office experience in a hotel environment. Why Join Us?
