• Minimum Matric Certificate or completed N3
• Technical/mechanical background preferred
• Experience in parts sales or stores management; preferably in material handling or automotive industries
• Valid drivers’ license 
• Strong knowledge of machine components and equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

 
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate would be required, but not limited to;

• Assist customers with parts inquiries and quotations
• Identify correct parts using manuals, systems, or supplier databases
• Process parts orders
• Follow up on quotations and convert to sales
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock deliveries
• Organize and maintain the parts store for easy access and inventory accuracy
• Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to avoid shortages
• Label and shelve parts according to company standards
• Issue parts to technicians and record usage accurately
