About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Administrator to join our team at Jobs 4 All. As a Junior Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations within the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about assisting multiple departments with basic admin tasks, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, messages).
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and documents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating appointments.
- Support office staff with preparing basic reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Assist with onboarding tasks, such as preparing induction documents.
- Welcome visitors and handle basic reception duties when required.
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members on ad-hoc tasks.
