About the Role
Liberty Standard Bank Group is seeking a highly motivated Financial Advisor to join our team. As a key player in our Agency and Entrepreneurs Distribution channel, you will be responsible for selling Liberty products in a professional manner to drive business growth and meet targets profitably.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for clients and obtain leads to secure appointments
- Conduct a professional Financial Needs Analysis and make needs-based recommendations to secure a sale
- Achieve sales targets as set out by Liberty
- Build relationships with clients to win confidence, credibility, and trust
- Elicit information to maximize the effectiveness of a client’s portfolio
- Provide objectives and professional financial advice on clients’ needs pertaining to investments, insurance, and health
- Portray the appropriate propriety in their target market
- Meet all legislative requirements
- Remain accredited and up-to-date with relevant market and industry-related subjects
Requirements
- Matric
- National Diploma or Degree
- 3 – 5 years working experience
- Sales experience a plus!
- Own reliable vehicle to attend to client visits
- Clear Credit and Criminal record
- People-oriented and target-driven
- Socially well-connected with an established network of potential clients and ability to source new prospects
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Impeccable work ethics
- Effective time management skills
