About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced OEM Warranty and Service Administrator to join our team in Gauteng. As an integral part of our service operations, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring seamless dealer support, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review warranty claims
- Provide expert dealer support and service operations guidance
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with OEM policies and procedures
- Conduct audits to detect and prevent warranty claim abuse
- Collaborate with the dealership team to resolve claims efficiently
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Automotive Warranty Administration or related field
- Grade 12 Qualification required
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Evolve Dealer Management System, and Warranty Systems
- Strong understanding of Dealership Service, Parts, and Warranty processes
- Knowledge of OEM Warranty Policies and Procedures
- Hands-on Warranty Claim Review and Auditing experience
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and own Transport required
- Contactable references and payslips required
- Completed Grade 12 and relevant qualification
