About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a highly skilled Planning Manager to join our team in Gauteng. As a key member of our Heavy Engineering department, you will be responsible for creating detailed plans for component manufacturing and ensuring seamless production planning. With your expertise in SAP and supply chain management, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed plans for component manufacturing
- Convert and close out Planned Orders into Production Orders (SAP excellence required)
- Achieve and exceed Production Planning KPIs
- Team management
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a planning manager in heavy manufacturing or engineering
- Minimum 2 years in a planning leadership role
- Advanced SAP knowledge and analytical mindset
- Decisive, proactive, and solution-driven attitude
- Natural problem solver
- Ability to thrive under pressure, expediting late jobs and ensuring delivery
Qualifications
- Industrial Engineering degree (advantageous)
- Supply chain or logistics engineer
