The Role
You will be responsible for leading and optimising a fully integrated operation, ensuring alignment across production, engineering, supply chain, quality, and support functions. The mandate extends beyond day-to-day management this is a role requiring strategic direction, operational discipline, and commercial accountability.
Key focus areas include:
- Driving overall site performance, including cost, efficiency, and output targets
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Owning financial outcomes, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability
- Ensuring strong alignment between manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain activities
- Embedding a high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, and delivery
- Overseeing capital investment, optimisation initiatives, and operational transformation
- Managing key stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
