What You’ll Be Doing:
- Create weekly production plans and manage active factory staff schedules accurately.
- Forecast essential material needs to proactively prevent workshop stock shortages daily.
- Oversee the safe industrial mixing of polyurethane and epoxy resins continuously.
- Monitor output quality strictly for every manufactured electrical cable joint kit.
- Solve technical factory floor issues immediately using a hands-on management approach.
Experience & Qualifications:
- You must possess a completed Diploma in Production Management or technical equivalent.
- You strictly need a valid Health and Safety certification for compliance.
- You must show proven daily experience managing a busy industrial manufacturing workshop.
- You need a strong proven ability to apply South African Labour Law confidently.
- You must confidently manage daily machine repairs and formal preventative maintenance schedules.
