Job Summary

What you`ll do:

• Lead and manage production teams: Motivate and coach production staff to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
• Optimize production processes: Implement Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies to continuously improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and solve production problems: Proactively analyze data and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production flow.
• Develop and implement strategic production plans: Align production schedules with business goals and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Maintain quality standards: Oversee quality control systems and implement corrective actions to prevent defects.
• Manage projects: Lead and track projects related to process improvement, equipment upgrades, and new product introductions.
• Collaborate effectively: Work closely with engineering, quality control, and other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Who you are:

• Possess a Bachelor`s degree in Engineering (or a related field) and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Have hands-on experience working with industrial machinery and understand complex production processes.
• Are a data-driven problem-solver with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proven experience applying Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing methodologies is a plus.
• Possess excellent project management skills and the ability to track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
