Job Description
– Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
– Contribute to group reporting processes, including consolidations and reporting pack submissions.
– Assist with the preparation of annual financial statements in line with applicable standards.
– Support tax reporting requirements, including current and deferred tax calculations.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
– Liaise with auditors and assist during audit processes.
– Collaborate with finance teams across divisions to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
– Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes and controls.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
– BCom Degree in Accounting or related field.
– Completed SAICA Articles.
– 2–4 years’ experience in a reporting-focused role.
– Exposure to group reporting and consolidations is essential.
– Experience with tax reporting (including deferred tax) is advantageous.
– Industry exposure within IT, Industrial, or Property sectors preferred.
– Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
– Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
