About the Role

Optential Consulting is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Retail + Sales division in the Gauteng region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding distribution within the assigned regional area. You will build strong relationships with retail partners to ensure optimal product availability, brand presence, and revenue performance across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Helping to set regional sales targets
• Achieve and exceed regional sales targets as agreed
• Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned to national business objectives
• Monitor performance against budgets, forecasts, and key sales KPIs
• Managing incentive programme

Requirements

• Grade 12 Qualification
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field advantageous
• 3–5 years’ experience in regional sales or area management
• Experience selling into wholesalers, distributors, or FMCG retail skincare/beauty industry
• Understanding of skincare or personal care product markets
