Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical and cross-functional engineering projects from design to commissioning.
• Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure successful product and system integration.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
• Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards, health and safety, and quality requirements.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Perform risk assessments, feasibility studies, and design reviews.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation within project execution processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering – essential.
• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in mechanical or project engineering, preferably in manufacturing, explosives, mining, or automation industries.
• Proven experience managing complex technical projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, product design, and industrial processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and CAD software advantageous.
