• Lead and execute end-to-end project engineering activities across multiple concurrent projects.
• Oversee project planning, design coordination, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
• Drive engineering standards, compliance, and best practices across all project phases.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, specifications, and engineering reports.
• Monitor project performance against scope, budget, and timelines.
• Support project governance, quality assurance, and site execution requirements.
• Identify design improvements, cost efficiencies, and technical optimisation opportunities.

Requirements

• BEng / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years project engineering experience within mining, materials handling, or related heavy industries.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong understanding of engineering design principles, project lifecycles, and EPC/EPCM environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and drive delivery in fast-paced environments.
