About the Role

The Business Administrator role at Recruit-It involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Loading and updating of contracts information, including loading customer contracts on CACI system for accurate billing

* Asset reports, including monthly dispensing recon to balance rental assets

* Preparing and controlling of monthly stock take, ensuring all batches relevant to stock are posted

* Petty cash management, ensuring all relevant documentation is signed off by the GM

* Human resources tasks, including completing forms, maintaining personnel files, leave records, and overtime

* Issuing engagement packs to new employees and termination packs to employees leaving the company

* Managing attendance registers

* Ensuring deadlines are met for Base revenue reports and submitting updates to the accountant

* Preparing monthly commission in accordance with sales policy and printing of pay slips

* Collection and submission of staff salary inputs

* Assisting the GM with Flash reports and explanation on actuals using the IT system for cost control

* Admin control, including segregation of duties and keeping register updated

* National account preparation, ensuring correct documents are sent to Head Office for accurate billing

* Branch contract register completion after installation/withdrawal, with GM signature

* Qualification in Administration will be advantageous (not essential)
