About the Role

Our client in George is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Prepare and distribute official documents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in English and Afrikaans
  • Above average typing skills
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Previous general commercial secretarial experience
