– Import CATS & Great Plains debit order files
– Daily processing of new & cancelled debit orders
– Daily coding & printing of EFT from bank
– Monthly check of returned debit orders
– Knowledge of client portals & loading of invoices
– Updating of customer details (data cleanup)
– Send regular feedback on overdue accounts
– Adherence to deadlines for monthly reports (month-end)
