About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with expertise in Mastercam to join our team in Germiston. As a key member of our production and manufacturing team, you will be responsible for programming, designing, and operating various machinery, as well as contributing to quoting, production planning, and research and development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Program CNC machines using Mastercam
- Design and create drawings of moulds and tooling
- Assist with quoting and purchasing materials
- Participate in new projects and development initiatives
- Collaborate with the workshop team on hands-on machinery operation
- Develop and implement production planning strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
- Strong understanding of Mastercam software and its applications in milling and turning operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
