About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Reservationist to join our team in Hluhluwe, who will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process reservations and bookings for guests
- Manage front office operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Work efficiently with reservation systems and booking platforms
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Minimum 23 years experience in reservations or front office administration
- Previous hospitality, lodge, or hotel experience essential
- Fluency in both English and French required
- Experience working on reservation systems and booking platforms
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
