About the Role
An experienced Food & Beverage Manager is urgently required for a reputable restaurant venue in Hartbeespoort Dam. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in managing food and beverage operations, with a strong focus on customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high standards of quality and service
- Supervise and train staff to achieve optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and control food costs
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing food and beverage operations, preferably in a similar venue
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and suppliers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
