About the Role
Meltrade 187 cc, a well-established gentleman’s lounge in Cape Town, is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee the front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and guest satisfaction Attention to detail
- Mentor and provide guidance to teams, fostering a culture of service excellence
- Support the General Manager
- Monitor and improve guest feedback to maintain consistent quality delivery
- Oversee stock control, logistics, and cost management to maintain operational efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in a senior front-of-house or operations role within upmarket establishments
- Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
- Exceptional guest relations and communication abilities
- Proven track record in delivering service in high-end hospitality settings
- Flexible, hands-on approach
