Hazyview: Operations Stock Controller

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Stock Controller to join our team in Hazyview, South Africa. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management, and providing exceptional support to our management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control stock levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including inventory reports and reconciliations
• Analyse stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with management and staff to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Develop and implement strategies to improve stock management processes and efficiency

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field advantageous
• Two (2) years experience as a stock controller, receiver, or related position
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Advanced Excel)
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Goal-oriented, organized team player

• Valid Code 08 Drivers License
