About the Role

We are seeking a personable and enthusiastic Lodge Anchor to join our luxury 5-star lodge in Hluhluwe, KwaZulu-Natal. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless lodge operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with front-of-house duties, ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure
Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner, maintaining high service standards
Support various departments where required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
Ensure the lodge maintains its 5-star standards in presentation and service delivery
Assist with the care of the owners’ dogs when required

Requirements

Strong passion for hospitality and guest service
Well-presented with a professional appearance
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
Valid drivers licence is required
Must be comfortable with and fond of dogs (non-negotiable)
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Salary: R7,500 – R8,500 per month depending on experience. Package includes:

3 weeks on, 1 week off work cycle
