About the Role

The Lodge Facilities Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lodge facilities, managing contractors, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of lodge facilities, including maintenance, security, and procurement.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers to deliver quality services.
  • Implement and maintain occupational health and safety legislation and practices.
  • Monitor and control budgets, ensuring cost-consciousness and adaptability in financial management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent
  • Relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Engineering, Security Management, Operations Management, or a related field
