About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee all financial operations for an exclusive estate in Hoedspruit. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, and reporting, while supporting operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer and supplier accounts, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Process payments and requisitions as approved
- Perform reconciliations and maintain the fixed asset register
- Prepare monthly VAT201 submissions
- Draft and manage the annual budget in consultation with the Financial Director and Estate Manager
- Monitor Capex and operational budgets, updating budget-to-actual spreadsheets
- Provide monthly financial reporting and insights in line with Board requirements
- Issue clearance figures and certificates as required
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Financial Management or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Pastel Accounting knowledge preferred
- Experience in HOA/estate financial management advantageous
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent human relations and communication abilities
- High attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism
