About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Guide and FOH Couple to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Hoedspruit. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest reservations via phone, email, and online booking platforms
- Process bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately
- Maintain up-to-date reservation records and guest information
- Coordinate guest arrivals and departures (check-in/check-out)
- Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Provide information on lodge facilities, activities, and services
- Liaise with housekeeping, guiding, and operations teams for smooth guest experiences
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Perform general front desk administrative duties
Requirements
- Prior hospitality or lodge experience is advantageous.
Qualifications
FGASA Level 1 or 2. Bush Walks, Game Drives, Hosting a must. PDP. Fist Aid. Rifle competency and advanced rifle handling. Basic vehicle and camp maintenance.
Salary & Benefits
