About the Role

The Chief Information and Communication Technology Officer will lead the organization’s ICT strategy, driving business growth through innovative technology solutions and ensuring the stability and security of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will possess a strong vision for ICT transformation and have excellent stakeholder management and financial acumen skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly oversee the IT Infrastructure roles and responsibilities for all Group entities/regions.
  • Ensure stable and secure connectivity across all Group entities/regions through the management of Connectivity Engineers.
  • Manage Group-wide hardware standards and technical support through Hardware Engineers in all operational territories.
  • Guarantee business continuity by overseeing the Backup and Disaster Recovery in all operational territories.
  • Lead the Applications & Systems Development in Charge to modernize the Group’s software ecosystem.
  • Effective implementation of the selected ERP across the Group entities in accordance with agreed upon and approved plan.
  • Direct Software Developers to create and maintain custom applications that meet the unique needs of the Group’s diverse business portfolios.
  • Develop and lead the AI strategy for the organization, ensuring effective utilization of AI for growth and strategic position.
  • Ensure AI functionalities are effectively utilized in the ERP system.

Requirements

  • Experience: 15 – 20 Years in Information Technology / ICT Domain
  • Language: English (Mandatory)
  • Management style: Strategic transformation and visionary leadership; strong stakeholder management and financial acumen

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in one or more of these options:

Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communications Engineering, Telecommunications or related ICT Discipline

  • Preferred:
  • Masters Degree in one or more of these options: (Highly Preferred) MBA, Masters in Information Systems, Masters in Technology Management, Masters in Cybersecurity, Executive Leadership Programs
