About the Role
Network Finance is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Foreman to supervise maintenance teams, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure plant equipment operates efficiently in our established manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance teams
- Coordinate maintenance activities
- Ensure plant equipment operates efficiently
- Develop and implement maintenance planning
- Supervise staff
- Coordinate projects
- Ensure adherence to company maintenance standards and procedures
Requirements
- Experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Previous maintenance supervision experience
- Strong maintenance planning and coordination ability
- Computer literate
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualifications
- Qualified Artisan
- Matric / Grade 12
- Maintenance Management qualification advantageous
