About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to join our team at a 4* hotel with 90 rooms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing maintenance teams and overseeing various aspects of hotel maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee hotel maintenance teams
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks for electrical, plumbing, fencing, solar, boreholes, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure stable track records and efficient use of resources
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
Requirements
- Trade qualification
- Proven track record as Maintenance Manager in a hotel or lodge with over 45 rooms
- Hands on manager experience in electrical, plumbing, fencing, solar, boreholes, kitchen equipment, aircons, fridges etc
- Stable track record
