Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead facility maintenance team and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules
• Plan and oversee facility improvement projects
• Manage maintenance budgets and implement proactive preventative maintenance strategy
• Conduct regular inspections and repairs for electrical and mechanical systems
• Oversee repairs, installations, and digital maintenance system
• Comply with corporate policies and ensure safety regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years experience in maintenance management and planning
• 1+ year hands-on experience in maintenance or related trade
• Relevant qualification in maintenance planning or mechanical/electrical field
• Packhouse/warehouse experience advantageous
• Between 30 & 35 years old

Skills Required:

• Ability to lead a maintenance team
• Knowledge of conveyors, PLC’s, and Boilers
• Fluent in Afrikaans & English
• Proficient in CMMS, data analysis, and maintenance KPIs
