About the Role

We are seeking a Parts Salesman (Automotive) to join our team in Humansdorp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending suitable automotive parts. You will also provide accurate product information and process sales orders to ensure correct parts selection and timely fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable automotive parts
• Provide accurate product information (specifications, features, and benefits)
• Process sales orders and ensure correct parts selection and timely fulfilment
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and stock control
• Handle customer queries and provide professional after-sales support
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Collect payments and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Salesperson (auto parts industry advantageous)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
