Minimum Qualifications Grade 1012 / Matric certificate. Bartending or hospitality training is advantageous. Responsible alcohol service certification may be required. Experience Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred. Experience in hotels, restaurants, bars, or resorts is advantageous. Knowledge Beverage preparation and cocktail mixing. Customer service standards. Health and hygiene regulations. Basic stock control and cash-handling procedures. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service and sales skills. Ability to work under pressure. Multitasking and organisational abilities. Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills. Personal Attributes Friendly and energetic personality. Professional appearance. Honest and reliable. Team player. Ability to remain calm in busy environments. Working Conditions Shift work, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Fast-paced bar or restaurant environment. Long periods of standing.

Job Title: Bartender Location: Groblersbrug Salary: R7 500 Live-in position / Accommodation provided Job Duties: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Ensure accurate stock handling and control of bar inventory Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner Work efficiently under pressure during peak service periods Requirements: 3–5 years relevant experience in a professional restaurant, 4/5-star hotel, or lodge environment Strong product knowledge of beverages and cocktails Ability to work fast and effectively under pressure Micros system experience advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well-presented and professional at all times Please include a copy of your most recent payslip together with your CV when applying for this position.
