About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our team in the Western Cape. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing full production and operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the FMCG industry while driving production to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading production planning and scheduling
- Supporting new product launches
- Driving continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles
- Managing budgets and costs
- Ensuring effective stock control

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in an FMCG environment
- Minimum of 3 years senior management experience
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement
- Automation exposure advantageous
