About the Role
Join our team as a Production Manager in the Western Cape and take advantage of an exciting opportunity to advance your career in the FMCG industry. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing full production and operations within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production planning and scheduling
- Support new product launches
- Drive continuous improvement through lean manufacturing principles
- Manage budgets and costs
- Ensure effective stock control
- Lead and develop teams to maintain a positive, high-performing work environment
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years experience in an FMCG environment
- Minimum of 3 years senior management experience
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement skills
- Automation exposure advantageous
