Our client in the Trade and Industry is looking to hire a Business Development Manager.<br><br>Duties and Responsibilities:<br>• Assisting Singapore companies in entering the markets under the Johannesburg Overseas Centre's coverage<br>• Gathering market intelligence and monitoring news and developments<br>• Identifying business opportunities and building up a strong pipeline of opportunities for Singapore companies<br>• Developing sector specific strategies<br>• Supporting the Regional Director in the organization of marketing trips, missions, and other events, as assigned<br>• Promoting Singapore as a vibrant trading hub <br><br>Requirements:<br>• Min. bachelor's degree from a reputable university <br>• 2-4 years of working experience in business development, market analysis, marketing, or related fields<br>• Evident interest in international trade and investment promotion, business development, sales, and marketing <br>• Proven ability to conduct accurate research and compile concise clear reports and presentations<br>• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written<br>• Effectively bilingual in English and Hebrew<br>• Ability to speak Portuguese is a bonus but not essential<br>• Able to travel within Southern Africa<br>• Must possess a dynamic, resourceful, articulate, hardworking, outgoing, willingness to learn and self-starter personality.
