<p>Our client has an opportunity available for a Drawing Office Manager.</p><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li>Diploma or tertiary qualification as a Draughtsperson.</li><li>6+ years of relevant experience in the boiler, structural and high-pressure piping design and construction environment.</li><li>3D scanning, registration, modelling and simulation.</li><li>Advanced experience in software associated with CAD, 3D scanning, 3D modelling. 3D simulations and 2D fabrication drawings within the boiler generation industry.</li><li>Proficient in Autodesk complete suite of design tools, Cadworx, Inventor, Navisworks, NX, Scene or similar software.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Training &amp; Development from a personal objective point of view and to ensure team growth and capability to be in line with latest technological trends.</li><li>Quality and Accuracy of draughting and modelling.</li><li>People Management and leadership to maintain team capability, capacity and growth/recruitment as per business requirements.</li><li>Supporting the General Manager for Engineering in achieving the company strategy.</li><li>Project Management to ensure drawing output performance meets the project objectives.</li><li>Manhour estimation and structuring of the draughting portion of projects in support to the engineer's requirements.</li><li>Internal and External Customer Relationship Management.</li></ul>
