We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and service-driven Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious 5-star boutique hotel. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests. Maintain accurate guest records and billing. Ensure exceptional guest service at all times. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed with a professional appearance. Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Proficient in computer systems (hotel systems experience advantageous). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera). Hospitality qualification.
